From the first conversation to the day of the event and beyond — here is how an engagement with EMECH runs.

  1. 1.Inquiry

    Start with an email outlining your plans — location, timing, and scale, as far as you know them. Rough is fine.

  2. 2.Consultation & proposal

    We listen carefully to your goals and constraints, map out the practical work involved, and propose how to proceed.

  3. 3.Quotation

    You receive a quote with the scope of work clearly defined. Work begins once you're happy with the scope.

  4. 4.Preparation & progress management

    Applications, arrangements, production, and audience building — we move the preparation forward, keeping you in the loop throughout.

  5. 5.Event day

    We run the operations at the venue or on site, and see the event through to the end.
